Waiting room and clean. When I pulled up the tech came and greeted me, told me his name and said he was going be the person installing the windshield. Told me that the process was going to take 1-1/2 hours. He was correct. It was a great experience.

Felipe did a great job on a very difficult clear story window replacement. This is a difficult job where the molding needs to be removed from the inside without damaging it. He did a great job, replaced the molding and made it look like he had never been there. The price was reasonable also.

We needed to replace a porch door insert that has a shade between two panes of glass. We called a manufacturer that we could buy one from, but would have to pick it up and install it ourselves. We got a very fair estimate from Glass Doctor of Fort Worth and they installed it within 2 weeks. From the office staff, to the estimator, to the gentlemen who installed it - we were quite happy with them all. They were all very friendly and very professional and the installers cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned the glass. We’d definitely call them again for any glass need we have.
