PLAN GUIDELINES
- Coverage is valid for 12 months from the original installation date.
- Coverage is for normal road hazards like loose gravel and debris.
- Repair is always our first step—we follow National Windshield Repair Association standards. If the damage is smaller than a quarter, we’ll restore your windshield’s strength through a chip repair. If damage from road hazards can’t be repaired, we will be happy to replace your windshield.
- Applies to windshields installed by Glass Doctor using our preferred suppliers. Custom or specialty glass may not be eligible.
- Your repair or replacement must be completed in-shop and can be done at any participating Glass Doctor location with your original invoice.
- If you sell your vehicle, the remaining term of your plan can transfer—just notify your local Glass Doctor and provide the new owner with the original invoice.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
- Damage caused by: Collisions, intentional acts, fraud, and acts of nature (e.g., hail, storm damage, etc.).
- Vehicles not eligible: Class A and B motor coaches, buses, and class 7 or 8 heavy-duty trucks.
- If a replacement is needed, the plan does not cover costs associated with: Labor, molding, clips, urethane, and ADAS calibration. Additional installation fees may also apply.
