Outstanding service from Glass Doctor of Fort Worth. Justin and Jorge arrived exactly on time, were courteous and professional, and got right to work. They were efficient but still very thorough, making sure everything was completed correctly before they left. They also took the time to explain the work and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to see technicians who clearly take pride in their work. Waiting room and clean. When I pulled up the tech came and greeted me, told me his name and said he was going be the person installing the windshield. Told me that the process was going to take 1-1/2 hours. He was correct. It was a great experience.

Glass Doctor is a first class company. I purchased a shower door last year and when I went back to the company I purchased it from they gave me a name of an installer and notified him with my info. I never received a call. I contacted a glass company and because I had not purchased the door from them they wouldn’t do it. Finally, using my yellow pages app I found Glass Doctor. They have a great messaging system and responded quickly. I explained my problem. Within a fairly quick time a case manager called me and said he would see who they could get to me before my March 14th deadline with company arriving. They scheduled me, kept in communications as to date and time of arrival. Joshua and Kenny showed up, looked at the door and attached hardware and had everything installed in an hour and a half. Their efficiency was fabulous. Any other glass needs in the future will have me calling Glass Doctor first.
