I had a front window that had four panes of glass that had broken seals and they were fogged up in the winter time and I called Glass Doctor and one of employees named Josh came out and he gave me an estimate I also have older Anderson windows in the rest of the house and some of those had bad seals on the panes in the sashes and I asked if they could replace those also, Josh said yes we can replace those panes. Josh measured everything up gave me a quote that was super reasonable and so I decided to go with them. Josh was not high pressure at all. I paid a deposit to get the glass ordered. Within 2 weeks they called to schedule an installation date. Communication is excellent with the Glass doctor company. The day of installation they showed up when they said they would. Josh had another installer with him named Tom that helped complete my job in a very timely manner. I’m completely satisfied with the workmanship and the work ethic these 2 guys showed. In today’s world that’s hard to find. I would totally recommend the Glass Doctor company if you need any home window glass replaced. AAA+++

We were recommended the services of Harmon Glass Doctor by someone from a different company that admitted they don't offer the services we were looking for. That recommendation was perfect because Harmon Glass Doctor definitely did an amazing job all throughout. Mary, was absolutely accommodating and made sure to answer any questions we had and provided a detailed explanation of the process for the window installation we were looking for. Tom was sent over to do the measurements who did it surprisingly quick, but that's evidence of his 20 years in the business and it shows because he returned after two weeks with Josh and the two replacement windows we needed, they fit perfectly. Removing the old windows was a quick job too, Tom said it might take about an hour and a half but they managed to get it done in close to an hour, pulling out the old windows, adding shims and sealant along the inside, installation the new panels and sealing it all up along the edges, they even vacuumed up all the mess left behind from the old sealant and brad nails. Our windows are now so much better and we feel confident they'll last the 10-20 years they stated. Absolutely recommending the Dearborn Heights branch of Glass Doctors because this was totally superb service while keeping the price much more affordable than any other places we've asked. Thanks again so much to Mary, Tom, and Josh!
