When I reached out about a crack in my windshield they were able to replace it the same day. It was too cold to do it outside that day so they got me into their shop, replaced, and on the road in less than 30 minutes. Incredible service! On top of that, they were cheaper than that other "big name" company.
Someone tried to steal my car, leaving a broken window and other damage. As it is January in St. Louis, I didn't want to risk further damage to the car by simply taping a trash bag over the windowless door. Glass Doctor got me in first thing in the morning, got the work done in an hour, and was $100 cheaper than Safelite. I've used them before, and will use them again, if needed.
Wow! What a pleasant surprise! Broken window plus 16 degree weather was not conducive to a warm home. I've never dealt with the Glass Doctor before, but I can promise you I definitely will in the future. Tom came out within less than 2 hours of my initial call, and he had us at 100% within about 30 minutes. The window looks great and the house is warm again. Got to windshield replacement on my car. I called a bunch of glass companies and they seem to handle their stuff the best on the phone, very easy to work around my schedule. I ended up bringing my car into the shop. I was told I'd be done in an hour to an hour and a half about 45 minutes and I was out of there!..... I recommend anybody. Plus the dogs are super cute and the fish tank is awesome!!!
