One of my car windows got broken too. I called them and they were super friendly! They also took care of the process super quickly. Called in the morning and by mid afternoon my window was completely replaced! My tech was Dakota. He was fantastic and went above and beyond for my repair and made it super easy and comfortable for me! I would definitely recommend them for any window repair services.
I called this company in the morning The gal that took my call gave me a quick estimate and was very accommodating with my work schedule! She had an appointment the same day and told me she would have the service tech call 1 hour before arrival so I could be home! Austin did just that, arrived on time and replaced my car windshield in under an hour! He was kind, professional and efficient! The girls that took my call were also wonderful and very helpful!! Affordable price and amazing service! Thank you!
When I reached out about a crack in my windshield they were able to replace it the same day. It was too cold to do it outside that day so they got me into their shop, replaced, and on the road in less than 30 minutes. Incredible service! On top of that, they were cheaper than that other "big name" company.
Can’t say enough good about this experience. Cost was right in line with a national competitor, I chose to keep my money local. Response time was very quick (they had to wait on my availability to start the repair). Dakota came to the driveway to instal a rear van window. He was very courteous and polite, vacuumed all the glass out of the vehicle and cleaned up glass and trash surrounding the vehicle when he was done. Van looks great and we have had no issues. Already talked to friends about my positive experience. Hope I don’t need glass service anytime soon, but GlassDoctor will my first call.
