Glass Dr was quick to show up and do the measurements. I got a quote later that day. It was a custom build for replacing my panes which they said would take about 3 weeks. Sure enough 3 weeks later I got the call and we scheduled a time shortly thereafter. Work to remove and replace 5 panes of glass took just a couple of hours. No real price difference than other competitors which I got quotes from but I just liked the connection I had with the sales person and the installer. I definitely would use them again in the future.

My windows had a fog in them, between the glass.They did a fantastic job! Quick and efficient. The price was very reasonable. My new windows came in within a few weeks. The installer did a great job. I am very happy. I will definitely use them again.

The guy made a mistake and switched our order up by giving us 3 mirrored pieces instead of 1 and 1 glass shelf instead of 3! He rectified it immediately and gave us the glue which we need to put the mirror up. After all we all make mistakes. Not a big deal. He was kind and apologetic
