I've had custom glass cut for different projects over the past few years from Glass Doctor of Barrie and with all of them the products and services have been fantastic. Dave and the staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful as well.
The custom panes for our century schoolhouse windows have all fit perfectly (including the newest arched window over the front door) and I've also had beveled-edge glass cut to protect the tops of our speaker system.
Each order was ready for me within a few days and the arched window was done within hours of me dropping it off.
I would highly recommend Glass Doctor to anyone in need of glasswork that has to be done in the region!

From the initial phone call to explain what I needed done to the window being replaced the Glass Dr. [of Barrie] was professional in all aspects. I had a relatively large window and two smaller slider windows looking out from the dining room to the backyard that had lost their seals and needed to be repaired. During the first quote visit it was recommended that I remove and bring in the two smaller windows, this would save me some $$$ and being a walk in I could have them back the same day. Not only did this happen, not knowing an awful lot about window removal, they showed me exactly what needed to be done and it came off without a hitch. The larger window was ready and replaced on the scheduled day and in less then an hour. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend to anyone.

We just recently had a glass top installed on our breakfast bar, the glass top had to be a custom ordered item and was specialty glass. I was amazed at how quickly the glass came in and was installed for our family to enjoy. It was a great experience to have such professional and friendly people working within my home.
