I needed a broken residential window replaced. Kendrick was great taking measurements inside & out of the broken window. Felipe was also great installing the new window. Both servicemen were courteous and professional and by far the best representation of Glass Doctor. My only complaint is ineffective communication with the company: for the measurement appoinment I was given a scheduled 2 hour time slot that was later pushed back by 2 1/2 hours. The day of the appoinment the technician arrived at the original time. I accepted a quote based on that tech's outside assessment of the boarded-up window. Unfortunately, another visit was set for inside & outside measurement at which time I was told it would be 2 weeks to get the ordered replacement. I would have given a 5 star rating had more direct communication with the company been possible. I had to text with their AI requesting a status update before I was notified to scheduled a date for actual install.

I had an extremely unique situation and the guys at Glass Doctor went up and beyond to make it happen for me. Houston took care of coordinating everything and Felipe and Ricardo did an amazing job on instillation. I’m beyond happy with the product and the service and I have to give this crew credit for their patience and understanding. I highly recommend Glass Doctor and would do it all over again.
