I have had the pleasure of working with the professionals at Glass Doctor on two different vehicles during the last year. Each time the staff and owner Neal took the time to explain the different options for repairing the glass windows and answering any questions I had about the process. They covered the different payment options and made sure I fully understood everything before starting the jobs. Once the first job was done, they took the time to go over the job and make sure I was satisfied with everything before leaving the store. The second job, they came to the house and did the repair on the spot after hours and in both cases they were complete professionals. I highly recommend the Glass Doctor to anyone.
Recently I contacted Neal Alexander with Glass Doctor Lubbock regarding severely discolored headlight covers on a 2001 model vehicle. A police officer had stopped my daughter and said they were so discolored that insufficient light was passing through. Mr. Alexander stated that he could restore them which was a much cheaper option than the several hundred dollars each light fixture would cost. It took approximately two hours from start to finish and the end result was incredible. The fixtures were crystal clear and comparable to new. He was very detailed and several times, they appeared to me to be complete, but he continued to work to get them as close to original as possible. When completed, he gave me instructions on care for them. I have seen the after effects of the cheap options and self options for this process and in no way are they as effective as the process used by Glass Doctor and Mr. Alexander. I would highly recommend him for this service.
These guys did an awesome job! They were incredibly fast in response and repair. The cost was reasonable for the work needed. Highly recommended!!
My wife called me on a day where I was completely slammed at work and didn't have time to deal with the window in her SUV that had just been broken by a rock thrown from a lawnmower. We had called the Glass Doctor after hours and spoke with Neal, he met us at his shop after hours and taped our window so it wouldn't shatter. The next day we had brought our car in and he replaced the window within an hour. He was so polite, caring and professional, I would absolutely do business with Neal and his company again.
