I LOVE Glass Doctor!!! They completely took apart an arched window and repaired its seal on site at my parents house and did a fantastic job. Plus, they quickly worked us into their schedule so we could proceed to settlement selling the house within a narrow time frame. They also repaired numerous 1961 windows at my house, doing another fantastic job. I have only the highest praise for EVERYONE I talked or met with on these projects. The friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism and excellence of work skills were outstanding. Specifically, Kristin and Tracey who answer calls, Derek who assessed and measured the windows, and Garrett who performed the repairs, who are all exceptional and excellent in what they do and how the interact with customers. We had a large transom window that had been broken. They came in an looked at it, made the pattern they needed to send off to get the glass cut. When it came in they sent the help needed to safely put the glass in after removing the old glass. To remove the old glass they taped it up so the broken glass pieces would not go everywhere. They did a wonderful job!! Even washed the window on both sides when they were done.
