Transferable Agreement

The Glass Doctor Advantage Plan is honored only at participating individually owned and operated franchise locations. The Glass Doctor Advantage Plan excludes any damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, intentional physical damage, misuse (including faulty installation, repair, or maintenance by anyone other than a Glass Doctor authorized service provider), unauthorized modification, vandalism, lightning, fire, flood, acts of God or other external causes.
