We cannot say enough about this company. We just love our new shower doors. We tried several other places before we called The Glass Doctor. That was a mistake. The first call was to Accurate Glass on a recommendation from a friend, we left our info with the receptionist and she said someone would get back to us the next day. Two weeks later we called and told her to take us off the call list. Second place was Barrie Metro Glass , I emailed them and they emailed back and said to send pics & measurements, I specified that we wanted to have someone come and take a look at what we wanted in person, so we never replied to that email. the call to The Glass Doctor was the best experience, right from the initial phone call answered by a very friendly person with interest in our call , she said she would have someone call the next day. Bill called as she said & set up an appointment for that same week. He came when he said he would, listened to what exactly we wanted, did all his measurements , chatted with us for a bit and gave us the estimate, that we were surprisingly happy with. He said it would be three weeks, but I think it was only two. They called to say the glass was ready and would be here for install on Friday @ 9:30 and he was . Bill & his coworker Aidan worked hard to install , they did have a bit of a struggle but not due to any fault of there's. When it was all completed( they had completed all by noon!) They cleaned up the area, cleaned the glass & explained everything we needed to know as far as cleaning the glass. They made this job seem so easy . We will definitely recommend The Glass Doctor to anyone that is looking for any type of glass work. Thankyou Bill & Aidan for making our day ! It was a longtime coming but you made it complete.
