I couldn’t even tell he was here as I worked from home and took calls. The actual windows match my original windows perfectly. I didn’t even know window panes could be replaced you saved me a ton!!

I recently needed to have a window replaced due to a crack. I had 5 estimates done and Glass Dr was the second lowest so their price was good. I ruled out the lowest and 2 others because they gave me an estimate based on a picture. The final estimate was the highest by a significant amount. They did come and measure BUT they failed to notice I had low e glass (at least I think that is what the gentleman called it). This meant that the glass was tinted. It is a slight tint but it is noticeable when pointed out, and would have been obvious if one window was clear glass. I would absolutely recommend them.
