Your car glass will vary between laminated or tempered glass. In order to find out you can look at the bottom corner of your windows. There should be a small sticker that should clarify if your glass is tempered or laminated.

When deciding between repair or replacement the main focus is on the amount of damage. Because car windows are usually made with tempered glass it will shatter into smaller pieces instead of large shards, this makes it safer for passengers, but impossible to repair.

I had 2 transom windows replaced. The windows were 22 yrs old and had to be custom made. Glass Doctor was able to have the windows made and installed in 12 days. Thank you. Mykola was the installer. He very carefully removed the old transoms and did a great job replacing them. You can't even tell any work had been done! He was prompt, courteous and professional. He left the job site spotless.
