Local Glass Repair Services for Eagle & Boise

Was a long process because of insurance company. Glass Doctor worked with insurance trying to expedite the process. ( LARGE RV windshield) One of the best companies I have ever encountered. Courteous and helpful. Would recommend because of their experience and genuine customer services.

It took us 3 years to realize you don’t have to call a window company to replace a bad seal in a window. We called probably 10 different window companies they all wanted to replace the whole window, frame and all. Finally someone suggested Glass Doctor just to replace the glass. It was a complicated process but the workmanship and service was outstanding. Thank you Glass Doctor

I went in to get a couple rock chips repaired and was reminded by them that my insurance would likely take care of it for free and he walked me through how to get that done. He was super helpful and they were able to get me done right away.

Great service, Merrily was polite and professional over the phone. Glass was ready for pick up in 2 days. Luke was great at helping load the IGU glass with some extra cardboard for protection. As I was called about it being ready but was already out working and did not have any extra padding for transport, and Glass Doctors Eagle location was right on my way home for the day. Luke’s help prevented me having to come back the next day and drive out of my way. Will gladly recommend to family friends and customers.

When I called the office to set up my appointment, they told me that my wife would be there about an hour and a half to two hours when my wife got there they told us it’s gonna be there three hours also no one told me that she needed a half a tank of gas so she had to leave the location and go get a half a tank of gas so they could do the windshield. I think you need to explain exactly what you want the client to do before the client gets there.
