I called Glass Doctor to replace my car's side view mirror glass that had fallen off. I called just before they went on a break for Christmas and New Year's so they weren't able to get me in for two weeks, but they called the Friday before to confirm timing and the tech showed up on time to my house (they no longer have a Cville store) and had the new mirror glass installed within 15 min. They'd had me pay a deposit beforehand, then called a couple days after the repair to check that everything was working correctly and to charge the balance. Everywhere else I called either wanted to replace the whole side mirror apparatus (with a non-matching color housing) or would cut the glass but wouldn't do install. Glass Doctor was professional and reliable, and I would use them again.
