The Glass Doctor representative showed up on time and prepared to replace the glass in my storm window. I didn't realize that the storm window had to be removed from the inside, so while I cleared the area for him to work, he graciously ate his lunch in his truck. He then took the storm window frame out of the tracks from the inside. He took the frame out to his truck in my driveway and quickly and efficiently replaced the glass. He was able to measure, cut, and replace the glass in a reasonable amount of time. There were NO glass shards or chips that landed on my driveway! He cleaned the glass on both sides before replacing the frame back in the window. The whole procedure only took about an hour and a half, including me clearing a workspace for him in my "junk" room. I was very impressed with the whole process: setting the appointment, on-time arrival, and actual replacement of the glass. I highly recommend Glass Doctor for replacement of glass panes in storm windows!

I called shortly after they opened, and had a new windshield by three that afternoon. The gentleman who installed my windshield was prompt, courteous, and answered me questions. I have and would recommend Glass Doctors to anyone.
