I had a rock chip in my windshield after driving through some road construction and I felt like it was small enough to be repaired instead of replaced. That’s when I called The Glass Doctor in Anniston to see if they did these repairs. I was told by Diane, who answered my call, yes they did. She told me to come on in, no appointment necessary….wow! I had been told by my insurance office that I had no coverage for glass repair so she gave me a quote but then asked who my insurance was with, got my information and then submitted my claim while the repair was underway. To my surprise it was covered and saved me from having to pay this out of pocket!!!! Thank you Diane and Sheryl!

The two ladies in the office were exceptional. They both went out of their way to accommodate me while I was waiting. They were friendly & informative. The guy’s that put my new windshield in did an outstanding job. They also didn’t mess around & got me out of there quickly while doing a great job!!! I rarely do reviews. If I do, they’re usually bad reviews. Customer service has continued to decline over the years & businesses have gotten to where they don’t care anymore. That is NOT the case with Glass Doctor in Anniston. They are EXCEPTIONAL!!!
