Meet the Team at Glass Doctor of Little Rock

Junior's passion is seeing the smile on his customers' faces when they view their completed project. He grew up in Texas, where he spent 13 years in the glass industry. He, his wife, and two kids have all moved to Arkansas where we have happily brought them into the folds of our Glass Doctor family.

Bob has been a part of our Glass Doctor family for over six years, always enjoying the fun that comes with getting to know our customers. He's lived all over Arkansas and in Memphis, Tennessee. He is a connoisseur of our local restaurants and spends free time enjoying music or the great outdoors.

After many years as a chef, Brian transitioned to the glass industry for a refreshing lifestyle change. He finds the greatest joy in his work by providing creative solutions tailored to our customers' diverse needs. A longtime Arkansas resident, he has lived across the state and is a proud father of two, with one still at home. On weekends, he indulges in his passion for fine food, sharing fabulous meals with friends and coworkers.

Raney, pronounced "like a rainy day," is NOTHING like a rainy day as she brings rays of sunshine to all her customers. She is driven by the desire to solve problems and loves the satisfaction of knowing that her customers are happy. She was born in Louisiana and moved to Texas before moving to Arkansas to become a part of our Glass Doctor family. She is married and the proud mom of four. She loves family time, and her family is growing as her first grandbaby will be born this year.

Libba's favorite part of being a part of the Glass Doctor family is the rapport she builds with customers. She's lived all over the south - Louisiana, Tennessee, Florida, and of course Arkansas. She's a wiz at jigsaw puzzles, but her favorite thing outside of work is the time she spends volunteering with her church youth group.

Dawson enjoys the challenge and variation of glass projects. From replacement windows, to insulated glass panes, to windshields, to shower enclosers, he relishes all types of work. A father of four who, in his free time (how can anyone with four kids find free time!) can be caught hunting, fishing, or gaming.
