I haven't started service with this company yet because the gentleman they sent out literally just left. Before even touching my windows, I had to leave them a review just based on how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable James was! He spent so much time explaining everything and worked up multiple quotes based on different combinations of individual rooms vs the entire house. James encouraged me to compare and research other companies, but I already did some homework before I contacted Glass Doctor and I already knew they were the company I would want to use just based on the reviews. Also, the person who was helping me with scheduling the initial visit stayed in constant contact with me and gave me updates and confirmations of James' ETA. Their communication was amazing. Very impressed with the quality of people working there!

I had a 9:30 am appointment at Safelite to replace my back windows. I arrived at Safelite to find out they shipped the wrong replacement windows. I called Glass Doctor, they had the correct windows. I was told that there were 2 vehicles ahead me and could start the replacement about 3:30 pm. I dropped off my vehicle. About 3 pm, I received a call that my vehicle was ready to go. SUPERIOR service. I highly recommend Glass Doctor of La Cantera for any window replacement.
