Glass Repair and Replacement
A cracked or damaged windshield is a dangerous and disruptive problem that leads to bigger issues. When you have a lot that needs to get done, it’s hard to slow down to take care of something that seems minor. Glass Doctor® of Edmonton understands the desire for swift, professional repairs. Our goal is to make the windshield repair and replacement process easy, and get you back on the road in a car that’s safe.
Even small windshield cracks pose a hazard to your vehicle’s structural integrity. Windshields play an important role in keeping you safe during front-end collisions and rollover accidents. In addition, any ill-placed cracks disrupt your visibility. When the windshield is compromised, it needs to be taken care of immediately.
Glass Doctor of Edmonton specializes in auto glass repair. We work with clients to get your windshield fixed and you back on the road as quickly as possible. To expedite the process further, we’ll handle the insurance paperwork. As members of the Auto Glass Safety Council™ (AGSC), you can trust that we’re using the industry’s best practices to repair and replace your auto glass. Our glass specialists are familiar with modern cars, and will work around sensors, antennas and temperature gauges. For simple chips and small cracks, we’ll complete repairs in under an hour at your location. We strive to deliver convenience with quality service.
Auto Glass Replacement
Our glass specialists will always work to perform a cost-saving repair whenever we can. If a repair threatens you and your passengers’ safety, we’ll choose replacement. During a replacement, Glass Doctor of Edmonton follows AGSC guidelines and uses original equipment manufacturer (OEM) quality glass and industry standard adhesive.
Many newer vehicles use tempered glass to protect drivers and passengers. Tempered glass breaks into small safe chunks, reducing the risk of injuring. Glass Doctor of Edmonton performs tempered glass replacements for your passenger windows, sunroof, back windshield and quarter glass. Because of the nature of tempered glass, it is not repairable, and replacement is the only option. Our team works with the majority of auto insurance companies, and we’ll help you throughout the entire auto glass repair and replacement process. While we must perform any replacement service at our shop, we will select a time that works with your schedule.
Auto Glass Protection
After we complete a windshield replacement, your new pane is automatically given the protection of our G12® Road Hazard Guarantee. The plan covers the cost of all repairs and one replacement pane for 12 months from the original date of service. Increase your coverage to the Future Installation or Value Package and receive additional benefits, including the cost of labor.
