Our Founder
Larry Patterson, President & Owner
A Texas native, Larry Patterson spent more than a decade in commercial construction before starting Glass Doctor of Rockwall and Kaufman. What motivated him wasn’t growth or recognition—it was frustration with poor service standards he saw throughout the industry.
Larry set out to build a company that delivered exceptional workmanship without cutting corners, and a workplace that took care of its people. That philosophy still defines who we are today.
One of Larry’s proudest accomplishments isn’t an award—it’s leadership in hard times. During both the 2008–2009 recession and the COVID-19 pandemic, Glass Doctor of Rockwall and Kaufman did not lay off a single employee. Benefits remained intact, and the team was protected, even when it required personal and financial sacrifice. To Larry, true success is measured by the stability and opportunities a business provides its people.
