Smooth process from start to finish. Staff was very helpful navigating the steps to get my windshield replaced through USAA. Installation was done in a timely manner and they have a great place to relax and enjoy complimentary snack and beverage while you wait. That was unexpected and better than most car dealerships.

My experience here was INCREDIBLE! I had a very specific issue (broken glass on a body window of a shuttle bus.) Almost everywhere that I called told me they could replace it then when it came to day-of, told me that they were on the way to replace my windshield, not my window on the body, then told me they were unable to replace the window. Glass Doctor had the most excellent communication, found out day of if they were going to be able to replace it, and had someone come out to measure before I drove out 2 weeks later. Jessica managed my claim and was amazing with communicating, organizing, and overall I couldn’t recommend this place more! If you’re in need of anything, this should be your first stop!
