Professional Glass Repair and Replacement in Summerfield, NC

I drive a 2008 Cadillac XLR and parts are hard to find. Glass Doctor went above and beyond to find me a windshield, it took almost a month. They never gave up. The staff is very professional and will do whatever it takes to help you. Josh installed my window and did a wonderful job. I suggest the Glass Doctor to everyone who wants a job well done. I had a great experience at Glass Doctor in Kernersville! I first spoke with Tanner (I hope I have his name spelled correctly) on the phone. He was very helpful and professional in setting up my appointment and helping me contact my insurance company. When I arrived in person, he welcomed me warmly and made me feel very comfortable. There was also another gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, but he was very kind and helpful as well. The technicians, Parker and Josh, did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and did their work very well. The location is a little off the highway, but it is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The waiting area was pleasant, and the air conditioning worked really well. They even offered complimentary water, soda, coffee, and snacks while I waited. Overall, I really appreciated the excellent customer service from everyone. It was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Glass Doctor in Kernersville!

Tanner and Parker are two of the nicest guys you will ever meet and very helpful and knowledgeable. I visited them today to get my rear window fixed and they was making sure that I understood all the aftercare instructions and that I was comfortable with everything before I left. I arrived and Tanner quickly took me in. They estimated an hour wait time, however it was a little over. No problem though. They had refreshments and treats while I waited which was nice. The restroom was also clean. Sometimes shops dont have clean restrooms. As a woman you look for that. When they finished, I mentioned to Tanner the sunroof panel wasn't working properly and he noticed and fixed it. That was wonderful because now I dont have to make an appointment else where. This was a small family business with Tanner and his brother Trevor. Friendly and professional.
