5-Year Limited Warranty
This limited warranty certificate is for Insulated Glass Units (IGU) purchased from and installed by Glass Doctor of Jacksonville, FL. The warranty starts on the date of the completed installation and covers a total of five years.
Insulated glass units covered by this warranty are warranted for 5 years against seal failure and will be replaced according to the following terms.
If a unit fails within 12 months of the original installation date, this limited warranty covers parts and labor to replace the unit. If the unit fails between years 2-5 after original installation, this limited warranty covers parts only to replace the unit. Labor will be billed separately.
This limited warranty does not cover costs for scaffolding, lifts, or other specialty equipment required to safely access and/or install the replacement unit.
This limited warranty excludes breakage. It also excludes seal failure due to IGUs installed in wooden frames; abnormal conditions and damage due to impact or pressure such as from flying objects, pressure washing, and/or application of window film. Etc.
