I was skeptical that they could replace a window pane with a broken seal. The large window replacement company told me it couldn't be fixed (technically true), and wanted $5,000 to replace the entire window, not just the individual pane with the broken seal. Glass Doctor came out, explained the process and quoted me a price that was 90% less than the previous estimate. It looks great. I didn't get a lifetime guarantee, but five years was good enough.

The guy who came and measured was the same guy who installed. He was so friendly and pleasant. Out of the two quotes we received their quote was better, but I had already told my husband even if they were just a little bit more I wanted to use them because they were so much more friendly than the other company. They were a pleasure to work with, all the way from the office staff to the installing. They stayed on top of everything and kept me informed.
