Glass Doctor of Jacksonville Shower Warranty

Glass Doctor installed showers carry a 1-year limited warranty.

This limited warranty certificate is for the shower enclosure purchased from and installed by Glass Doctor of Jacksonville, FL.

This warranty covers installation and materials, specifically as follows:

Leakage: Workmanship where the glass and/or metal has been installed and caulked. This warranty doesn’t cover leakage around doors. Usually, vinyl seals are installed to help keep water inside the shower, however, some customers prefer not to have all the seals professionally installed for a cleaner look.

Hardware: Hinges should operate properly.

Metal: Finish should maintain its color.

Glass: No warranty against breakage or staining. These issues are beyond our control.

Note: Harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubs should not be used to clean the glass or metal. These can cause surface damage to both metal and glass.
