Friendly technicians. Expect 2 visits, in our case 3 as their second visit, the technicians broke the custom replacement glass ($hit happens). First visit, technician measures the window for proper quotation. A little disappointed that the technicians didn't place a protective cloth on our carpet and wall protectors where they placed their ladder. A very minor dent in the wall and black scuffs (washed off by us) Had to kindly ask them to wipe clean their black fingerprints off around the window frame before they left. Was a little surprised that we didn't have to sign off a work completion order or anything of that sort, I'm guessing these procedures are archaic. I had to ask and the technicians said nothing to sign and pleasantly left. Never received a follow up text or email (final invoice with complete payment) thanking us for our business. I would still highly recommend this company as they replaced the window at a very reasonable price.
