Dont waste your time here. They WAY over charge you for the service. We have a small 13x14" pane that needs replacing & they are charing $300 when it should max be $150. Do yourself a favor & find somewhere else Update: really appreciate the customer service, one of the managers called seeing our low review wanting to see if there was a way they could make it right. He's saying that they typically only deal with larger jobs & don't really handle the smaller ones. He also addressed the issues we had with the customer service representative giving us the quote. Id you have a larger window needing replaced I would recommend them
