Glass Doctor of West Orange offers a number of windshield guarantee plans to help you have peace of mind in the event of damage to your windshield. Each of the following programs lasts for 12 months, and higher-tier plans include all assets in lower coverage tiers.
G12® Road Hazard Guarantee
The G12 Road Hazard Guarantee is the entry windshield guarantee plan we offer. Our customers drive with peace of mind knowing their new windshield is covered. The Road Hazard Guarantee provides the following benefits:
- Covers a single windshield replacement and unlimited windshield repairs.
- Our staff will attempt to do repairs first if possible, so that your replacement coverage continues.
- Please note that installation or labor costs are separate.
G12 Future Installation Option
For an additional amount, you can upgrade to our G12 Future Installation Option is our mid-tier plan for windshield coverage. This plan includes all benefits of the G12 Road Hazard Guarantee as well as the following coverage items :
- Labor and material costs.
- Because the costs of repairs are also covered, you will pay very little for any necessary repairs under the Future Installation Option.
G12 Value Package
For those looking for our most comprehensive coverage, we provide the G12 Value Package. The Value Package includes all the benefits of the Future Installation option as well as:
- One application of grime and scratch resistant Clear Choice™ protectant.
- New windshield wiper blades.
Guidelines for Coverage
Our windshield coverage is subject to certain restrictions and requirements. Large vehicles such as coaches, class 7, and 8 trucks cannot be covered. You also need to notify the Glass Doctor that originally performed your windshield installation of any claims made to the guarantee. All repair or replacement services must be made at a Glass Doctor location.
