Evan and Rudy replaced a large triple paned sliding glass door. They were very professional, answered all our questions and cleaned up everything including any smudges or blemishes on the new glass and door frame. I can’t say enough good things about this window company! I called on a Friday and left a message, and first thing Monday morning they returned my call. By Monday afternoon the repairman was at my house. He wasn’t even here a full hour before everything was fixed perfectly. It was in the 40’s that day, and he was so careful to keep as much heat inside as possible while working. He also made sure every bit of broken glass was removed. Truly professional, thoughtful, and efficient. The gal on the phone was just as professional and helpful. The next morning I received an e-invoice and was able to pay online, super streamlined and easy. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. And the best part? The final bill ended up being about $200 less than I expected. That was such a great surprise. This repair was for a window that broke the night before Thanksgiving when my rambunctious puppy pounced on the outside of it. Thankfully the screen prevented any injuries, and this company handled everything quickly and expertly. Highly, highly recommend!
