Went here to get a chip in my windshield repaired (much cheaper than a new windshield on most modern cars with their need for calibration, etc.) Made an appointment on Monday and they had a slot for me on Tuesday. They started on time and finished in the time they stated. What I liked most is that this is a family run business (locally owned franchise). When I arrived into the clean waiting room (with snacks and drinks while you wait) I was greeted by name by Dave who came out from behind the desk to shake my hand. Later Alan (who I made the appointment with) came over to introduce himself and shake my hand. Finally when the car was done the technician came in and explained how it went and that he was able to also fill a couple of very small chips that were not a structural issue, but could have caused damage over time to my wiper blades. I really appreciate the level of service and I feel like it is something that is not easy to find. I will return for any of my car glass needs.
