Windshield Replacement and Repair

Everyone here is so helpful. Unfortunately my back passenger window was smashed out when visiting the rose garden here in Portland. I quickly called a few glass places and was met with AI software to try to schedule me with no available dates in sight, to say I was frustrated is an understatement. Then I called Glass Doctor and had the pleasure of speaking with Judy. She instantly made me a priority and had my car scheduled for a window within the same week. I have a 2026 and I know that makes it difficult to find glass quickly. She located the exact model and tint I needed for my vehicle. Judy also had me bring my car in for a crash wrap and they vacuumed all of the remaining glass out of my vehicle. While getting my window smashed out was such an inconvenience, my mood instantly shifted when Judy took my call. The compassion for the situation and just overall kindness was so appreciated. They're running an excellent business here and I'll recommend them to everyone in need of glass replacement for their vehicle. I cannot recommend these folks enough! Judy was able to schedule me for a windshield replacement on short notice, and her customer service and communication far exceeded expectations. They were able to get the car all spiffed up in 90 minutes, and even took the time to detail all the dog hair out of the front seats?! 10/10 experience.
