I was visiting from out of state and had a rented car from an app and the day I landed in Oregon I was on the way to a park when it sounded like a rock hit my windshield so I had messaged the owner of the vehicle and he had me take the car to a shop so I took it here and Jeff was super helpful and let me know that the crack was already there and wasn’t my fault at all and he even wrote a letter for me so I wouldn’t get charged for damage that was there way before I even drove the car.
