Limited Warranty On Showers

Our warranty covers the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable. The warranty applies to heavy frameless, semi-frameless, and framed showers installed by our service specialists.

Glass Doctor warranties workmanship and hardware for 1 year from the date of installation.

Warranty Covers:

Leakage: workmanship where the glass and/or metal has been installed and caulked. It does not cover leakage around doors. Usually, vinyl seals are installed to help keep water inside the shower. Some customers would rather not have all the seals installed. Eliminating some seals can provide a cleaner look but may result in water leakage.

Hardware: Hinges should operate properly.

Metal: Finish should maintain its color.

Glass: Warranty does not include breakage or staining. These issues are beyond our control.

Glass Doctor will at no expense to customer, replace any defective glass, hardware, sweeps and seals in the one-year period.

Our warranty does not cover damage from misuse or improper cleaning.

Note: Harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubs should not be used to clean the glass or metal. These products can cause surface damage to both the metal and glass.
