- Tinted glass: Tinting glass helps block harmful UV rays, preventing the fading of furniture over time.
- Safety glass: Outdoor pieces of furniture, such as patio tables and poolside pieces, requires specialty glass. Glass Doctor offers the option of custom measured safety glass, including tempered and laminated glass, to protect children, adults and other items from glass breakage. Specialty glass is used indoors for shower doors.

Decided to replace the glass in my window frames rather than replace the whole window. Working with Glass Doctor was easy, efficient, and pleasant. Brandon installed thirteen windows today across the entire front of the house and did a great job. He communicated well throughout the entire process, showed me what he was doing and when one of the glass replacements was cracked coming off the truck he worked with his team to get a replacement made and brought to the house same day. 80% of the work was done from the outside with little disruption to the house. I love that I paid about 2/3 less than replacing the entire window and got low E, argon filled double pane windows with my choice of trim and no grids. Also a 10 year warranty. So very satisfied with the work.
