Glass Doctor was great and far superior to Safelite. GD called me the following day after I filed my claim. They scheduled an appt for the next day, and had my windshield replaced and my car calibrated in just about 2 hours. So efficient and professional! Also the staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend and will use them again if the need ever arises.

9/22/25- Got another chip in my windshield the other day and called Glass Dr of Bay City to get me on schedule to fix it. Went to their shop and it was fixed within 15 mins! Great job, service, and best price around. This was my 2nd time using Glass Dr of Bay City and I highly recommend them for all your Glass needs Update: David arrived around 2:45 pm and just got done with my windshield. Took him about an hour. The almost 3 hr delay was due to no fault of his own but due to an issue with recalibrating a windshield. Can't be upset/mad about something that's not in their control. Very friendly and fast quality service at a great price. Best price i could find to be honest with you. Definitely recommend Glass Doctor of Bay City despite my previous review of them. Will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend them even after this little hiccup. Not off to a good start. It is currently 12:33pm as of right now. I had a appointment set up for today between 8am-12pm. No calls or updates from them at all. I had to call up there and they said they'd get right back to me and still no updates or calls/texts. Was only planning on missing half a day of work, but thanks to Glass Doctor of Bay City I'm missing a full day of work! Thanks Glass Doctor, I LOVE losing out on money!! Ridiculous if you ask me. Will update my review if they ever show up
