The experience was terrific. They told me 10 days and it was done in 9. The last broken window took 4 weeks to get and we had to bug them then. The estimator was knowledgeable and courteous. They called ahead to let us know they were coming to install. They were on time and the installers presented themselves very well. And I can't say they would always be lower but the price was very acceptable. And I have to say the other estimate I got was twice as much and when the guy was leaving he said he would beat any other quote by 10%. In other words he gouged me up front hoping I would buy. Call the Glass Doctor [of Toledo]. They truly fixed my pane.
