The guys at Glass Doctor of Lexington saved my day. The window in my home had been damaged and needed to be replaced. Everything was taken care of so quickly it amazed me, from them coming to look at it, giving me an estimate, ordering the glass, and installation. Very clean and friendly staff to work with. I had a chip in my windshield and on a cold morning it cracked all the way across. My vehicle is my personal and work vehicle so I needed this fixed asap. I called the glass doctor of Lexington Ky and they were very responsive in helping me. They gathered the details on my vehicle and called me right back to set up a time that day to have it fixed. He asked me if I wanted to have the technician meet me where I was or somewhere else. I met the technician and he was very professional and quick. He was done before I finished my lunch and I was back on my way. After, the gentleman I spoke with originally called me to make sure everything went well. Great customer service and even better response time. If I have any auto or other glass issues I will make sure to call them!
