Always consistent and reliable in Lexington. Prices are reasonable and if something isn’t exactly right, they make it good. We bought glass shower doors from them in 2021 and Glass Doctor has serviced them for free to adjust once, and did a simple repair of a plastic guide (from wearing over time) for a reasonable price to replace. Really happy with our local company. Not a fan of the corporate call filter. Would rather talk local, and you eventually do. Save costs. Cut the corporate crap. LOL

I had to call 3 times to get on the schedule after I paid my deposit. When they did call me back they came same day. We had several glass panes replaced on old steel windows and the glazing was not very smooth which could cause issues in the future. Overall the job was fine.
