I called The Glass Doctor for a quote to replace a small glass pane in a front window of a rental that I have. They responded quickly and set an appointment to look at the replacement needed. He called me while at the property, gave me the quote, and stated he could do the job right then. A great experience. It’s truly amazing, these people were polite, responsive, reasonably priced, and completed the work when they said they would. The actual glass installer, in particular, is a stand up guy. He came in, did his job, cleaned up his area and left without a trace (except for a new window! 😆). I highly recommend this establishment.
Called Monday morning around 11am, by 3pm they were already at my door for a quote. Less than 30 minutes after leaving, the quote was already in my email. By Tuesday morning they were already back replacing window panes on my single pane windows. Chris and Ryan were great to work with, friendly and efficient. They even cleaned up the little mess they did make before leaving (no one does that anymore with other jobs I’ve had!). Friendly and easy going dudes with a great work ethic. The pricing was way cheaper than myself and family/friends thought it would be. Customer service was really friendly as well! Very satisfied with the services received and I would 100% recommend them to people. I am typically hard to please with work done & they knocked it out of the park. Will definitely be using this place again!
A beautiful outcome! We installed a new shower enclosure and had Glass Doctor recommended to us for the glass door and panel to finish off the look we wanted. They were very responsive to our questions, advice, and design input along the way. There were a few miscommunications along the way, but I could tell that our project manager was aiming for our full satisfaction. Of course a custom job needs special attention, and we felt that we received it. I'd use them again.
They trimmed a large mirror about 5" to fit my new vanity. They picked it up, took it to their shop.When I was ready to hang it, they brought it back and hanged it perfectly. A very professional team did this work. Reasonably priced.
