The History of Glass Doctor of The Gulf Coast

Owner David Ray Jr. Is a native of Long Beach, MS, a graduate of Long Beach High School, and grew up in a family-owned small business. He worked in his father’s collision repair shop, eventually becoming a managing partner in the company. This experience taught him the importance of auto glass to the safety and structural integrity of your vehicle. He also learned the value of serving his community and providing quality work, values which he continues with his current Glass Doctor business. He opened Glass Doctor of The Gulf Coast in 2011 to provide quality glass repair and replacement services to homeowners, businesses, and drivers in the Gulf Coast area.

David runs the business with his wife, Lisa Ray, who is also an LBHS graduate, and they have 3 children together. David enjoys hunting and spearfishing for snapper, amberjack, and cobia on the Gulf of Mexico.

In addition to providing consistent, quality glass services to the community for more than 10 years, Glass Doctor of The Gulf Coast is also involved in the local community. We are a proud sponsor of Long Beach High School Sports (Go Bearcats!), as well as the Biloxi Shuckers minor league baseball team, the Mississippi Seawolves hockey team, and local youth sports. We also sponsor the annual Mississippi Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo, and the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce Touch-A-Truck event to raise money for local schools and small businesses.
