We were traveling from North Carolina to Tennessee for a staff retreat. A huge rock flew up and cracked our windshield. Our drive is almost 6 hours back home so I called my local insurance company and filed a glass claim and the gentleman Justin that works for a glass doctor came to where we were at and replace the entire windshield in less than an hour. We are so thankful to have this taken care of while we are here in Tennessee. Thank you for your quick response and quick replacement time. We will not have to worry about this when we get back home to North Carolina now.

Had two skylights glass removed and replaced and two 4X5 windows removed and replaced all within couple hours. Cleaned up no mess. Very professional and friendly. I’ll use again when and if needed.

Here's the deal. And it may be a long review, so buckle up Yelpers! In January 2025 we had some serious wind gusts in west Knoxville. We never really figured out what made our (closed and tied up for the winter) patio tables umbrella to launch and then return and shatter our glass table top. But since it was a high-end table to begin with, my wife and I decided to replace the glass instead of just buying a new table. So I called Glass Doctor. I was told they could repair it NO PROBLEM. They then sent one of their techs over to survey the damage. He took measurements and left. I waited weeks for a response. Then after my repeated texts and calls, they agreed to repair the glass top. Then nothing. Finally after many calls and emails, the local owner contacted me, apologized for the run around. After at least a month of said run around, a couple of their employees came by and took my table to their shop. They had the table no less than a month. Then I got a call. They'd be by the following day with the repaired table. They showed up, brought the table back to my patio, and set it down. Perfect! I thanked them and said even though it was a real pain getting the table repaired, I was just glad it was fixed. $400+, but cheaper than replacing the entire table.. Remember, all of the above went on for freakin' months. No joke! Anyway, they brought back the repaired table. I was so happy I was kissing their butts. Then that evening as I was cleaning the kitchen, I looked out the window. And lo and behold, the glass tabletop was shattered and again on the stonework of my patio! My first thought was "They're not going to believe this! I'm screwed!! So the next day I called expecting go be blown off. "Sorry, not our problem!" But I was wrong. I was told not to worry, they'd make good. Within days the techs returned, took the table back to their shop, and within a couple weeks, returned it. I write today because my wife and I are now sitting at said table enjoying East Tennessee spring weather with our beers sitting on our repaired glass top patio table. It was a long road, but Glass Doctor made good!! I recommend them to one and all. Nice one!

THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND FAST. I WON'T EVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THE YOUNG MAN THAT FIXED MY WINDOW EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME VERY WELL. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.
