Was very impressed with the Service, Speed, and Super honesty! I brought my truck in because of a leak in the back window. I received a quick call to touch basis and was informed very honestly that it was possibly the brake light leaking. They had done an assessment and it was leaking which is a common factor but they were informing me that they were going to do a second test on the rear window, they called back to tell me the rear window was also leaking. The gentleman that I was working with was Brandon and he was great (super honest, very helpful, and definitely willing to go the extra mile). Brandon told me my truck was available for pick up and I could make an appointment to replace the glass. He called a short time later to tell me, he had just gotten my glass in and could replace it immediately if I wanted (which I did), it was fixed really fast. I highly recommend Glass Doctor

My experience at the Glass Doctor on S Meridian Road in Meridian, Idaho was absolutely amazing! Branden completed the installation quickly; even calibrating the windshield wipers and any other electrical instruments attached. From the moment I walked in the door, Steve ordered the windshield and took care of my insurance coverage without any questions or extra time. I walked into their business, out of the blue on a Tuesday, and by Friday I was driving away with a new windshield, clean windows all the way around my car, and vacuumed floorboards. They even remembered to attach my reoccurring car wash sticker and my next oil change reminder. BRAVO Branden and Steve!
