I talked with Annemarie to have my windshield replaced. She was very professional, friendly, and efficient! I was amazed that The Glass Doctor was able to get a new windshield and scheduled me all within a week! When I took my car into The Glass Doctor, Steven, helped me at the front desk. He, too was friendly and helpful. I do not know the name of the technician who worked in my car, only because I've didn't keep his phone message. He was gracious and had it ready midday! I would use choose The Glass Doctor if needed again! Everything flowed so smoothly! I am also appreciative to Amica, our car insurance company for starting the whole process!

Was very impressed with the Service, Speed, and Super honesty! I brought my truck in because of a leak in the back window. I received a quick call to touch basis and was informed very honestly that it was possibly the brake light leaking. They had done an assessment and it was leaking which is a common factor but they were informing me that they were going to do a second test on the rear window, they called back to tell me the rear window was also leaking. The gentleman that I was working with was Brandon and he was great (super honest, very helpful, and definitely willing to go the extra mile). Brandon told me my truck was available for pick up and I could make an appointment to replace the glass. He called a short time later to tell me, he had just gotten my glass in and could replace it immediately if I wanted (which I did), it was fixed really fast. I highly recommend Glass Doctor
