    I had my windows replaced 20+ years ago. Not by this company. There was one window that never shut properly. I’ve had several window people look at it over the years. Told the window was framed wrong. I couldn’t even shut it anymore. The Glass Dr came out last fall - looked at it- said it was a manufacturing problem- but the manufacturer is out of business. He knew the company name- the model…..He removed the 6 glass panels- resealed the glass, put in wedges and told me not to open for it for several days. I opened it this spring! PERFECT!!!!!! And he did it so quickly it was only the service call. I’m sorry I don’t remember the gentleman’s name. He was AMAZING!!! Highly recommend the glass dr- after twenty yrs of window people guessing what the problem was- so Thankful !!!!
