Glass Doctor was great! On time, great guys, good prices and they got it done right! It wasn't all simple either. We had an old messed up garden window they replaced with a picture window and it looks better than the original and they perfectly replaced some fogged and broken panels in several windows (the manufacturer of the window has been gone for years). I'd call these folks anytime I needed glass work.

Glass Doctor came to the rescue after my rear auto windshield was pummeled during the April hailstorm, with a very fast repair. What impressed me most was that each employee (phone scheduler, technician, & local owner) said "I'm sorry this happened to you." It was a nice remark after a frustrating situation.

Joe & Rick are awesome! They even brought in a consultant (thank you Abel) to assist with my car because it was a first for them. I have a little Smart car and they wanted to make sure everything was done perfectly. Joe (the owner) even offered to drive me up to a nearby shopping center so I wouldn't have to wait in the waiting room. The were quick and clean, and very affordable. And to boot...Glass Doctor offers a $20 insurance policy that they will replace/repair for free any damages to your windshield if anything happens to it within one calendar year of them replacing it. Hot dang! That's a deal. Oh yea...and they know a lot about cats. LOL
