Glass Doctor Auto of Commerce City is owned by Jason Wilson and Joe Cain. After meeting while working in sales at a semi-truck dealership, they are now co-owners of American Truck Centers, a multistate semi-truck dealership and repair shop with operations in the Denver and Kansas City areas. They were looking to expand their business opportunities and provide a service to consumers in their local community. They decided to join the Glass Doctor family because of the great culture behind the brand and the proven system for success. Running the store is our Manager, Theresa Sandoval. After working in the Land Title industry, she joined Glass Doctor Auto of Commerce City in 2022. She keeps things running smoothly, and we are lucky to have her on our team.

About the Commerce City Area

Commerce City, CO, is a northern suburb of Denver, first incorporated as a town in 1952. The area is known for the Rocky Mountain Arsenal, a 20,000-acre World War II-era chemical weapons manufacturing center. It was established following the attack on Pearl Harbor and produced mustard gas, napalm, chlorine gas, and other chemical weapons. After the war, private companies used the area to manufacture pesticides. The site was selected as a Superfund site in the early 1980s, and the cleanup process began. Within a few years, wildlife began moving into the area, including some endangered species. In 1992, Congress designated the area as a national wildlife refuge. The Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge is now home to more than 330 species of wildlife, including birds of prey, deer, coyotes, bison, raccoons, and white pelicans.

Commcerce City is also home to Dick's Sporting Goods Park, where you can see the Major League Soccer team Colorado Rapids play.
