I had the glass on 2 windows replaced (crack in one and window seal failure in the other). Billy C. came out and immediately spotted the issues and had the windows fixed in a week. He went above and beyond and imparted a ton of knowledge on window maintenance along the way. His cleanliness in the work area was also exceptional and there was zero mess for me to clean up. Glass Doctor came recommended and Billy completely lived up to the great reviews.

Neighbor recommended Glass Doctor and boy were they right! We needed to have glass panes replaced that we bought from someone else. Within days, Billy came out to do the job. He found that the other party failed to give us matching stick-on pane dividers, and even though he could have used those, instead he worked diligently to remove the dividers from our original window pane and applied them to the new window. This effort took quite a while to do, but he did it. We are satisfied with the wok done and we think Billy went over and beyond to satisfy us as customers.
