They were very quick and professional in getting to site quickly after a early mornig break in and the staff was very friendly as well, All in all an excellent experience from a very unhappy occurence.

Our breakin occurred at 1:00 a.m. We had called somebody else in but were not satisfied with their work. Glass Doctor came in that morning and completed the work by 5:30 p.m. The areas were cleaned up and looked almost as good as new!
It's a shame how someone can give you one star and not even know you keep up the good work guys and gals

I called the Glass Doctor[of Sarnia/Lambton] and spoke to Jack on the phone about having the glass in an end table replaced...The next day I took the table down to the Glass Doctor shop and dropped it off. Amazingly I received a phone call a couple of hours later from Craig telling my table was ready and the price was right on the quote. I gotta give praise to these guys for the fantastic service I received. The glass I now have in my table top is better quality than the original. Thanks guys for the quality, fast and friendly service I received.

WOW! I just wanted to say thank you so much for the prompt & professional service we received on our windshield replacement. The price was competitive but yet we received so much more for our money- the warranties definitely won us over! I would SO recommend you to anyone needing a windshield repaired or replaced. I really appreciated too that he even vacuumed all the glass out of my car. After the trauma of a baseball hitting while going 65mph, the idea of cleaning up that glass was just a follow up nightmare. He took care of it with a smile! So again, Thank you! Thank you! I spent much time researching about windshield replacement. Most of the folks I called were unwilling to discuss the origin of their glass or were unable to talk about OEE versus replacement glass. Kimberly was very knowledgeable about the topic, answered all my questions and had the glass I wanted at a very fair price. Follow up communication was great and installation was a breeze. Highly recommend.

They do great work. They come out and do estimates - even on Saturday. The specialist was knowledgeable, and I was able to just replace the glass in my failed condensed and foggy east facing windows, and saved a ton versus replacing all the windows. Good value and response.
