I had a broken glass in one of my windows upstairs. Mr. Colin Walker was the technician assigned and from the first day of appointment to the completion of the job, he was exceptional. He went above and beyond what you will typically expect from a technician. He was safety conscious and that to me speaks well of him as a tech and I believe the company. When he came into the house, the first thing he did was to secure the glass to avoid my kids getting injured. He didn't think what if I decide not to contract Glass Doctor, rather, he was more concerned about my kids being safe. He explained the steps in the process to install the new glass. On the day of the glass replacement, he texted and provided me with available time slots he could come over and he was punctual on the time.
